Personal identification information

We only collect personal identification information from customers via legal documents, to verify legitimacy of use, place an order, services, features or resources we make available on our behalf. Customers may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number and address, ID.

Platform Subscriptions and Billing

Our company doesn't make subscriptions on behalf of the customers due to privacy reasons. However we will require your information, including your personal email and ID, to process payments and manage subscriptions. Please note that you're the only one to control your accounts for each product, handle payments for the platforms directly from your own device.

To process transactions

We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate privacy at high levels, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, ID, so we don't keep it stored all documents are deleted once purchase is completed, So in case any new transaction needed we ask for documents again in that matter.

Third-party providers to process to make sure our customers having their privacy. We also collect billing information that will solely be used for billing together with our billing system.

Use for Children

A "Child" is considered a person under the age of 18 years old (or the applicable minimum legal age in the child's country to consent to data processing).

The Products are not directed at children, even though they do not contain materials harmful or misleading to children. Children are not permitted to sign up by themselves for Project Cicava services. Project Cicava does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. In the event that we learn we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, where required by law, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Children may use Project Cicava services only under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher. A parent, guardian, or educational institution will have direct control of student data at all times.

If a parent or legal guardian wishes to inspect, review, amend, or delete data we have collected from a student, they may submit an authorized request to support@cicava.com Such a request must come from the email address that owns the account. To protect children's privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to help verify the identity of the requesting party before granting access to any personal information.
