4. Affiliates must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws governing marketing practices, and consumer rights.
5. Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with the promoted products or services in accordance with Project Cicava guidelines.
6. All promotional content must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any way.
7. You are prohibited from making exaggerated claims, guaranteeing specific results, or misrepresenting product features, pricing, or availability, other than what you're provided by Project Cicava.
8. The use of spam, unsolicited emails, or any form of intrusive marketing is strictly forbidden.
9. Affiliates cannot promote through adult content sites, illegal file-sharing platforms, or any website containing harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
10. Commissions are calculated based on verified sales or qualified actions as defined in the program terms, with rates clearly specified in your affiliate dashboard.
11. Chargebacks, refunds, and cancelled deals will result in commission reversals.
12. Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on earned commissions.
13. Affiliates must regularly review and comply with updated terms and conditions as the program evolves.
14. Any attempt to circumvent these rules or engage in fraudulent behavior will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
15. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all current and future rule modifications.
